TEIGN COTTAGE

Teign Cottage is a two-bedroom semi-detached cottage, created within a traditional stone barn but with a modern and well-equipped interior. Downstairs the cottage comprises living/dining area and well-equipped kitchen, while upstairs you will find master bedroom with king-sized bed, second bedroom with two single beds plus a family bathroom.

The cottage is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable break in the beautiful South Hams including:

•     Underfloor heating throughout, fed by biomass boiler – (heating costs included in rental).
•     Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD.
•     Free wi-fi.
•     mp3 docking station.
•     Dishwasher
•     Microwave.
•     4-hob Electric cooker.
•    Separate fridge and freezer.
•     Iron and Ironing Board.
•    Tea/coffee on arrival. (see FAQ).
•     Linen, duvets and towels for use within the cottage are included for the number of people staying. Please bring own swimming towels.
•     Regret no pets

•     All cottages are non-smoking, in line with current UK legislation.
