BOVEY COTTAGE

Bovey Cottage is a cosy one-bedroom cottage, sleeping two adults with room for an optional cot. Set out over two floors with views over the gardens and courtyard from the sitting room. It consists of a good-sized living/dining area with beamed ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, bedroom and shower room..

•     Refurbished at the beginning of 2018, now with exposed pine floorboards and new furniture and new lighting in lounge.
•     King-sized bed - 5ft width.
•     One pet welcome.
•     Free wi-fi is provided so you can keep in contact with the rest of the world if you wish.

The cottage is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your break in the beautiful South Hams including:

•     Wood burning stove (first basket of logs included).
•     Central heating fed by biomass boiler – (cost included in rental).
•     Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD.
•     CD/Radio/iPod/phone/mp3 docking station.
•     Electric cooker.
•     Microwave.
•     Fridge with freezer compartment.
•     Iron and Ironing Board.
•     Cot, highchair and stair-gate available on request at no charge (please ask when booking). But please supply your own cot bedding.
•     Linen, duvets and towels for use within the cottage are included for the number of people staying. Please bring own swimming towels.

All cottages are non-smoking, in line with current UK legislation.
